At the Government Printing Office, we offer a wide range of services to meet your needs. Whether you are looking to create hardbound brochures, softbound brochures, flyers, posters, or business cards, or need Mail Merge and Insertion assistance.

For printing purposes, the preferred file type is typically a high-resolution PDF (Portable Document Format). PDFs are highly compatible across different platforms and ensure that the layout, fonts and images remain consistent regardless of the software or printer used. In addition, the PDF file can incorporate fonts and color profiles, ensuring an accurate reproduction of your design.

Entities, Agencies and Schools can pay outstanding invoices using Internet Banking or issue a check payable to the Government Printing Office.

The Ministries and Departments can pay the pending invoices due to the Government Printing Office by executing a Journal Entry through the CFMS, where they specify the Department number 004.

Applicants must have successfully completed a relevant course under the Extended Skills Training Level 3 scheme of the MQF or an appropriate, comparable and recognized qualification.

OR

Be certified competent in the field of printing by a Trade Testing Board set up in accordance with the Employment and Training Services Act or an appropriate, comparable and recognized qualification.

OR

Qualifications at a higher level than that mentioned above will be accepted for eligibility purposes, provided they meet the requirements of the specified subject
